Based on Article 5, paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Election Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette of BiH”, numbers: 23/01, 7/02, 9/02, 20/02, 25/02, 4/04, 20/04, 25/04, 52/04, 65/05, 77/05, 33/08, 17/08, 12/10, 18/13, 7/14, 31/16, 41/20, 38/22, 51/22, 67/22, 24/24, 59/24), and in accordance with Article 5 of the Instruction on Types and Deadlines for Determining Polling Stations, the Municipal Election Commission of Ljubinje, at the meeting held on 09.09.2024, has made the following
DECISION
On the Determination of Polling Station Locations
In the Municipality of Ljubinje for the Local Elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2024.
Polling Station 179B 001 Ubosko
The location of the polling station is – Local Community Ubosko, Ubosko bb, where all voters with an address registered in the village of Ubosko will vote.
Polling Station 179B 002 Primary School in Ljubinje, Svetosavska bb, where all voters with the following addresses will vote:
Alekse Šantića, Crnogorski put, Hilandarska, Jovana Dučića, Kneza Lazara, Njegoševa, Principovo Naselje, Trg Jove Jovanovića Zmaja, Tvrdoški put, Žitomislićki put, and the following villages:
Krtinje, Žrvanj, Vođeni, Vlahovići, Rankovci, Obzir, Kapavica, and Ivica.
Polling Station 179B 003 Dubočica
The location of the polling station is – Local Community Dubočica, Dubočica bb, where all voters with the following addresses will vote:
Dubočica, Srbac, Gradac, and Grablje.
Polling Station 179B 004 Secondary School
The location of the polling station is Secondary School “Svetozar Ćorović”, Svetosavska bb, where all voters with the following addresses will vote:
Prebilovački put, Prekopci, Svetosavska, and the village of Pocrnje.
Polling Station 179B 005 Sports Hall
The location of the polling station is Sports Hall “Jovo Đurić”, Svetosavska bb, where all voters with the following addresses will vote:
Đure Jakšića, Filipa Višnjića, Karađorđeva, Miloša Crnjanskog, Mitropolita Nektarija, Nikole Tesle, Obor, Trg Nemanjića, Vuka Karadžića, Perića, Dr. Vladimira Ćorovića, Kneza Mihaila Viševića, Obrena Draškovića, Popa Stevana Šarenca, Kneza Miroslava, Obrena Kozića, Pere Ćorovića, Vojvode Vlatka Vukovića, Luke Radonjića, 9. januar, Kneza Časlava, and Ratkovića.
Polling Station 179B 006 Bančići
The location of the polling station is the former store DD “PROMET”, Bančići bb, where all voters with the following addresses will vote:
Bančići, Gleđevci, Mišljen, and Pustipusi.
Polling Station 179B 007 Kruševica
The location of the polling station is the office of the Local Community Kruševica, Kruševica bb, where all voters with an address registered in the village of Kruševica will vote.
Polling Station 179B 008 Krajpolje
The location of the polling station is the office of the Local Community Krajpolje, Krajpolje bb, where all voters with an address registered in Krajpolje and Žabica will vote.
Polling Station 179B NNN 501
The location of the polling station is Sports Hall “Jovo Đurić”, Svetosavska bb, where all voters who have registered to vote in the municipality of their residence in 1991, as well as voters who are not on the voter list of the Municipality of Ljubinje, but have a valid identification document – ID card, passport, or driver’s license – will vote.
For voting via the mobile team, voters who, through their personal declaration and appropriate medical documentation, have expressed their intention to vote in the 2024 local elections will vote.
