Pursuant to Articles 87 and 88 of the Law on Environmental Protection – Consolidated Text (Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska, No. 71/12 and 72/15), the Department of General Administration informs the interested public about the submission of a request for the issuance of an environmental permit for “Hidroelektrana Dabar” d.o.o. Trebinje.

On December 15, 2023, the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction, and Ecology received a request from the responsible person of “Hidroelektrana Dabar” d.o.o. Trebinje for the issuance of an environmental permit for the construction of a power transmission line with a voltage of 2×220 kV, with a total length of 22.8 km for a dual-system line and 1.6 km for a single-system line within the municipalities of Ljubinje, Berkovići, and Bileća.

The interested public may review the request for the environmental permit and the accompanying documentation free of charge at the premises of the Municipality of Ljubinje, Office of Urban Planning, within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice on the Municipality of Ljubinje’s notice board.

During this period, the interested public may submit their opinions on the request and the accompanying documentation to this authority in written form.
